Singapore Airlines and Shangri-La lead YouGov’s 2024 Women’s Ranking in the travel category

Emirates and Club Med stood in second place.

YouGov revealed that Singapore Airlines and Shangri-La topped the 2024 YouGov Women’s Rankings in the travel category.

Singapore Airlines garnered the highest score of 69.8, followed by Emirates (58.7), Etihad Airways (54.5), JAL (53.9), and Qatar Airways (51.5).

For hotel brands, Shangri-La earned a score of 54.2, followed by Club Med (52.4), Marriott (51.4), Ritz-Carlton (50.8), and Four Seasons (47.5).

YouGov surveyed 50 brands in the travel sector between 1 March 2023 and 29 February 2024.

Respondents were former and current female customers that ranked the brands based on impression, quality value, customer satisfaction, recommendation, and consideration scores.
