Lian Beng trims proposed Datapulse investment to $7.3m

Down from $11.24m previously.

Lian Beng has reduced its proposed investment in Datapulse to $7.3m, down from its initial announcement of $11.24m.

The reduced investment comprises of 65m subscription shares, which represent roughly 10.9% of the existing total number of issued and paid-up ordinary shares in the capital of Datapulse.
