The Asian Export Awards 2022 is now accepting nominations

Submission of entries is open until 30 September 2022.

Exporters across Asia Pacific have significantly rebounded from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic amidst easing of lockdown measures and stabilised economies. Despite granular waves of cases in some countries recently, a substantial recovery and momentum towards the region’s supply chain has been observed.

This comes, however, with the need to watch out for some Asian markets as they continue to face disruptions in the supply chain and heightened uncertainties due to geopolitical tensions across the world. Regardless, organisations are bound to thrive in a more relaxed export environment.

With this, the 5th Asian Export Awards is now officially accepting nominations from outstanding export companies with the most innovative products, services, and initiatives in recent times.

The awards programme, which is open to all exporters in Asia, will be presented in two divisions per industry: Large Corporate for companies with annual turnover of over US$300m, and Local Champion for companies with less than US$300m turnover.

Previous winners for the awards programme include C.P. Merchandising, DSM Nutritional Products, Asia Pulp & Paper, Vinamilk, and Kraft Heinz.

“This award contributes a lot in terms of guaranteeing that our products are being well-accepted and is unique from an outsider point of view. It makes sure that our products are bound to be successful in the market that we want to export next year,” said Anat Julintron, Executive Vice President - International Business at C.P. Merchandising Co., Ltd. The company won the Export Initiative of the Year and Product Exporter of the Year - Food categories in the Asian Export Awards 2021.

The programme is open to all export companies in Asia whose products, services, or initiatives have been launched, upgraded, or improved in the last 24 calendar months. An elite panel of judges will evaluate every entry.

The nomination period is open until 30 September 2022. Winners will be honoured at an awards dinner presentation which will be held in November 2022.
