Cisco wins at Singapore Business Review Management Excellence Awards 2025

Jacqueline Guichelaar was recognised for driving customer experience and growth across Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China.

Cisco has been awarded Executive of the Year - Technology at the Singapore Business Review Management Excellence Awards 2025. The award honours Jacqueline Guichelaar, SVP & General Manager for Customer Experience in APJC, for her leadership in helping customers realise value from Cisco’s technology and strengthening the company’s impact across the region.

Jacqueline leads Cisco’s CX organisation in APJC, bringing together technology, people, and partnerships to help customers transform how they run and grow their businesses. With a 30-year global career across Thomson Reuters, Lloyds Bank, Deutsche Bank, IBM, and Cisco, she is known for simplifying complexity and connecting technology to business strategy.

Over the past year, she has accelerated Cisco’s use of AI and automation, strengthened customer success practices, and deepened collaboration with partners to deliver resilient, simple, and faster outcomes for customers.

Born in Uruguay and having lived and worked in Sydney, Frankfurt, London, New York, San Jose, and Singapore, Jacqueline brings a global viewpoint to leadership. She is a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion, and community, supporting organisations such as the American Cancer Society, Covenant House California, and the Latino Donor Collaborative.
