Enviro-Hub fire hits Gul Crescent e-waste site

The premises are used as an office warehouse and recycling facility

A fire broke out at Enviro-Hub Holdings Ltd’s premises at 3 Gul Crescent, Singapore 629519, in the early hours of 12 June 2026.

The company said the fire has been put out. No casualties or injuries were reported among its staff.

The premises are mainly used as the group’s office, warehouse and electronic waste recycling site. The e-waste recycling activities are carried out by one of the group’s subsidiaries.

Enviro-Hub said recovery work has started to reduce disruption to its business operations. The group also said it has insurance coverage for its assets.

The company is investigating the cause of the fire. It is also assessing the extent of the damage and the possible impact on its operations and financial results for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

Enviro-Hub apologised to the public and nearby businesses for any inconvenience caused. It also thanked the Singapore Civil Defence Force for bringing the fire under control, and expressed appreciation to its neighbours for their assistance and understanding.

In January, the company disclosed that its group was subject to a ransomware incident involving unauthorised access to its servers, the company said in a press release.

The board said the group implemented containment and remediation measures immediately after discovering the incident.

The group stated that its preliminary assessment showed the incident had not had any material impact on its business operations.
