Mobile-health Network Solutions earns accolade at SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2025

Mobile-health Network Solutions has won the Cloud - Healthcare Technology category award at the SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2025, highlighting the efficiency of its Mobile-health Network Solutions Health Operating System (OS). Singapore’s current healthcare system faces the challenge of fragmented patient data that often creates barriers and hinders effective care. The company has provided a solution for this, the Mobile-health Network Solutions Health OS, a platform that connects patients and healthcare providers, improves data accessibility, and streamlines clinician workloads.

This platform also meets Singapore’s National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) standards and ensures data security and smooth integration with the national healthcare ecosystem. It further allows authorised users to access patient information from anywhere at any time.

Moreover, the Health OS provides tools for patients to actively manage their health, including syncing data with wearables (e.g., Omron, Fitbit) and using AI Face Scan for easy data input. The system makes comprehensive virtual consultations possible and healthcare more accessible to remote or immobile patients.

Aside from data exchange, Mobile-health Network Solutions OS aims to create a global healthcare ecosystem through ManaSocial - the Communities of Care Platform, a social media-like space connecting doctors and patients around the world. The platform has recorded remarkable growth, with over one million current users in 33 countries. This community is a key element of Mobile-health Network Solutions’ vision to foster connection and peer support in healthcare.

Also embedded within the comprehensive Mobile-health Network Solutions ecosystem is ManaShop, an integrated e-commerce marketplace that seamlessly connects users to a wide array of medical and healthcare products. This marketplace transforms the OS from a telehealth platform to a holistic healthcare solution, allowing patients to conveniently access and procure essential supplies and equipment alongside virtual consultations and health management tools.

The Mobile-health Network Solutions Health OS has proven successful, with achievements including over 1.5 million API calls daily. It also has a growing user adoption across diverse industries and regions, which is a testament to the system’s value in multiple global healthcare settings.

To further enhance the healthcare experience, Mobile-health Network Solutions also features AI Notes, an AI-powered medical scribe. AI Notes uses a specialised language model to capture doctor-patient conversations and automatically generate clinical notes in the standard SOAP format (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan).

Initial tests show that AI Notes can save up to four minutes per consultation, which is equivalent to over 6,000 hours of saved time per 100,000 consultations, allowing clinicians to improve workflow efficiency and spend more time with their patients.

Other benefits of AI Notes include reduced documentation time, accurate and complete notes, and EHR integration.

Through its commitment to continuously improve its Health Operating System, Mobile-health Network Solutions plans to introduce additional language options to AI Notes, starting with Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, and Mandarin.
In a recent Singapore-based pilot, AI Notes supported 6,000 consultations, with doctors reporting a 50% reduction in paperwork and more time spent with patients.

The company is also exploring using AI for personalised health insights and proactive care management. Furthermore, it is eyeing connecting more healthcare systems and devices for a more integrated healthcare environment.
