ONG&ONG Group clinches win at SBR Management Excellence Awards 2024

It has received a Special Mention from the Building and Construction Authority.

Holistic 360 solution consultancy ONG&ONG Group was recognised as the Innovator of the Year - Architecture at the coveted SBR Management Excellence Awards 2024 for a successful digital transformation journey through the implementation of its globally accessible virtual workspaces and a recognition from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).

In collaboration with cloud computing company Alibaba Cloud, ONG&ONG Group has utilised the former’s Elastic Desktop Service (EDS) in streamlining remote work. The EDS platform provides a secure, cloud-based virtual desktop infrastructure that is accessible globally.

It has also deployed its Global Accelerator Service to mitigate latency challenges across international connectivity.

The implementation of this solution has empowered ONG&ONG Group to seamlessly integrate virtual workspaces, offering employees a robust and secure platform for collaboration. This liberation from physical infrastructure has also brought high agility to the workforce.

“Our collaboration with Alibaba Cloud has strengthened ONG&ONG Group’s belief in the strategic importance of digital transformation, and we hope to leverage on this partnership to great new levels,” Chief Digital Officer Daniels Chandra said in an interview.

Meanwhile, ONG&ONG Group’s expertise in digital transformation has also been recognised by BCA, receiving a Special Mention at the BCA Awards 2024. This accomplishment underscores its dedication to advancing innovation and excellence for the built environment sector.
