UEM Sunrise Berhad has received the Digital - Real Estate trophy at the recently concluded Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards 2020, presented by Singapore Business Review, tha.

Now in its second year, the awards event lauds enterprises that take the leap and take the lead in engineering trailblazing projects, virtual services, reconstructed strategies, and technological innovations.

UEM Sunrise Berhad’s mobile application, hUb prop, was developed to care for its loyal customers, or Trésorians, and future home buyers as part of the Company’s efforts to enhance its customers’ experience by embracing innovation and implementing digitisation.

The launch of hUb prop also marked an important milestone in UEM Sunrise’s digital transformation journey, in line with the company’s aim of becoming Malaysia’s premier international lifestyle developer.

In actively looking for the right start-ups and newly emerged businesses to partner with and bring more value to UEM Sunrise, hUb prop is said to be the company’s way of embracing various digital and innovation initiatives internally and externally. Registered hUb prop users will enjoy access to a more immersive and improved customer journey from the pre-searching stage until the move-in stage.

With just a swipe of a finger, hUb prop makes home ownership an exciting experience by making it easy for customers to get involved from pre- to post- vacant possession. Home owners can view essential information, send enquiries to the customer service team, as well as set a key handover appointment once the project is completed.

hUb prop also enables UEM Sunrise customers to login and view their loan balance, loan schedule, payment due, transaction history, and how much has been paid out by their financing bank. For rent to own property owners, their tenancy terms and reminders for when rental payment is due are fully viewable on the app.

Additionally, hUb prop makes defecting and tracking submissions easy and convenient with just a photo submission of the defect. The backend system automatically creates the work order, lets the customer book an appointment for the handyman to come and take a look, and set the rectification work schedule.

UEM Sunrise also uses hUb prop to enthusiastically reach out to the Trésorians, who will be able to check their membership level and benefits, discover new attractive discount offerings, earn rewards for referring new buyers, obtain the latest information on new project launches, as well as enjoy exclusive invitations to special events organised by the UEM Sunrise Funzone Community Centre.

The general public can also use hUb prop to view advertisements, new information on launches and offerings, submit enquiries, book a viewing at our show units, and make an appointment to meet our sales representatives.

The Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards, presented by Singapore Business Review, was held via video conferencing throughout the month of September.
