As an innovative marketing technology agency, Verticurl leveraged their local market knowledge and technology capabilities to build xTend, an omni-channel connector that helps local and global brands connect and engage customers across their preferred messaging channels.
The Verticurl team observed a problem while helping global clients build their marketing strategy and implement and operate their marketing automation platforms (MAP) and campaigns. In various regions, local messaging channels dominated how friends, families and businesses engaged one another. The challenge was how to engage with customers, who expect brands to be active across mobile channels, while leveraging existing investments in automation platforms and data.
xTend is Verticurl’s solution to address this challenge and connects to leading MAPs such as Adobe Campaign, Marketo and Eloqua and extends their delivery capabilities to popular messaging apps such as WeChat, LINE and Whatsapp. The solution helps brands throughout the marketing funnel and extends their digital marketing capabilities to drive greater customer awareness, conversion and loyalty in various markets, such as China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, Japan, and others in the Asia Pacific region.
