SP Jain School of Global Management’s Executive MBA supports Singaporean professionals in SG60 milestone year

As Singapore marks 60 years of independence in 2025, SP Jain School of Global Management’s Singapore campus is reinforcing its commitment to developing local leadership through its internationally recognised Executive MBA (EMBA) degree.

The 18-month part-time postgraduate degree is delivered in both online and on-campus formats, providing Singaporean professionals with the flexibility to balance work, life, and education. The EMBA uses SP Jain’s proprietary Engaged Learning Online (ELO) platform, a virtual classroom technology designed to replicate live, in-person learning. This includes real-time interaction between faculty and students, eye contact, breakout activities, and collaborative problem-solving—all from the convenience of home or office. Alternatively, the Singapore campus offers a traditional classroom environment for those who prefer face-to-face learning.

The EMBA is structured for mid- to senior-level professionals across industries and emphasises applied learning through case studies, simulations, and collaborative projects. Core areas of study include strategy, finance, leadership, and innovation, alongside modules on global business and critical thinking. The programme’s flexible format and career-focussed curriculum are particularly relevant to professionals in Singapore, where upskilling and adaptability are central to national talent development goals.

In support of SG60 and aligned with government efforts to empower local talent, SP Jain has announced targeted tuition support for Singaporean nationals joining the EMBA in 2025. This initiative aims to make high-quality business education more accessible to Singaporean professionals, including those leading startups and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), which play a vital role in contributing to the diversity and resilience of Singapore’s economy.

Dr Gary Stockport, Dean of the EMBA at SP Jain, shared:

“The Executive MBA at SP Jain—delivered both online and on campus in Singapore—prepares professionals to lead with confidence in today’s complex business landscape. Through applied learning, leadership development, and global exposure, students gain the tools and mindset to accelerate their careers and impact.

As Singapore celebrates its 60th year of independence, we are proud to support national goals by empowering local talent and entrepreneurs. As a business and trade hub rooted in family enterprises, upskilling Singaporean entrepreneurs and professionals is vital to sustaining innovation and long-term growth. Our flexible format and targeted tuition support make this world-class education more accessible.”

Theo Davies, a 2025 EMBA graduate and now Chief Revenue Officer at a US-listed AI company and former executive at Google, reflected on his experience:

“My EMBA at SP Jain Singapore was a transformative experience. It profoundly shaped my leadership vision and gave me the tools to lead with clarity and confidence in a fast-moving world.”

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
