Strata office units at Sunshine Plaza up for sale

The entire portfolio’s asking price is at $18.4m.

An assortment of strata office units located at Sunshine Plaza, over the Bras Bagas and Bugis Enclave, are up for sale via an Expression of Interest, according to Savills Singapore.

The portfolio includes 12 office spaces, with areas ranging from 484 sq. ft. to 1,346 sq. ft., alongside the total portfolio of 9,805 sq. ft. of strata area.

Sunshine Plaza is a mixed-use location with a distinct façade, comprising 12 stories designated for office use, as well as a retail podium and three residential blocks with 160 units. Its location sits at the intersection of Bencoolen Street and Middle Road, manageable for travel by motorists and commuters.

The guide price starts at $932,000 onwards, and the entire portfolio ranges at $18.4m. Foreigners and companies are eligible, and no additional buyer’s or seller’s stamp duty will be charged.

The sale will be conducted until Tuesday, 21 November 2023, at 3 p.m.
