CBRE's portfolio surpassed that of #2 firm by 850 million sq. ft.

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has been ranked the # 1 commercial property management firm in the world, according to National Real Estate Investor magazine. CBRE has retained the top position in the publication’s annual ranking for seven consecutive years.

CB Richard Ellis manages more than 2.5 billion sq. ft. of commercial property globally. This portfolio is more than 850 million sq. ft. larger than the #2 firm, which manages 1.65 billion sq. ft. Some of the buildings CBRE Singapore manages includes 8 Shenton Way, 78 Shenton Way, TripleOne Somerset, 16 Collyer Quay and Chevron House.

CBRE Executive Managing Director, Asia Pacific Asset Services, Sam Cuccurullo said CBRE is the leading commercial property manager in the Asia Pacific region, with 800 million sq. ft. under management.

“We have now created a global Asset Services Executive Committee and we are starting to create initiatives around strategic client accounts,” Mr Cuccurullo said.

“Going forward one of our primary targets in Asia Pacific is regional clients and premier buildings in major CBD locations.”

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
