Industrial sites in Jalan Papan and Gambas Way up for tender

Jalan Palan has a site area of 1.24ha whilst the Gambas Way site has 1.20ha.

JTC launched Jalan Papan and Gambas Way sites available for tender under the first half of the 2019 IGLS Programme to offer more choices for industrial development.

Jalan Palan has a site area of 1.24ha with a 20-year tenure whilst the Gambas Way site occupies 1.20ha with a tenure of 30 years.

The site at Gambas Way (Plot 2) was made available for application through the Reserve List system under the first half of the 2019 IGLS Programme. JTC received an application for the site to be put up for public tender, with a committed bid price of not less than $19.3m.

Interested parties can purchase the Developer’s Packets at $107 each (inclusive of GST) from JTC’s Customer Service Portal.
