10 strata office units at The Plaza on sale for $7.44m

A portfolio of 10 adjoining office strata units at The Plaza with a guide price of $7.44m has been put for sale.

Its sale will be conducted via expression of interest, which closes on 11 April, 3 p.m.

CBRE, the portfolio’s marketing agent, said the portfolio’s guide price translates to approximately $1,600 per square foot based on the total strata area.

The units on sale are located on Level 9 of The Plaza and have a combined gross floor area of approximately 4,650 square feet.

“With a regular and contiguous layout, the units offer occupiers flexibility in space planning and can easily be subdivided for lease to multiple tenants. The units also enjoy unblocked views of the Tanjong Rhu and Marina Bay area,” CBRE said.

Locals and foreigners are eligible to purchase the units without needing to pay any Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty and Seller’s Stamp Duty.
