Expression of interest ends on 27 February at 3 pm.

Three freehold stata food factory units within Food Concept @ Pandan are up for sale with an indicative guide price of $11m or $1,841 per square foot.

In a statement, Edmund Tie said the properties, which can be bought individually or collectively, are located on the top floor of the 10-storey Food Concept @ Pandan.

The units for sale have a unit area of 177 square metres (sq m), 188 sq m, and 190 sq m, with a layout that can accommodate food-related businesses such as a central kitchen, food processing, food packaging, cold room, cold storage, and food catering.

Edmund Tie added that the successful buyer can have an immediate rental income as two of the three units are leased. Around $200,000 to $400,000 have been invested in the two units, with the third unit offered on a vacant possession basis.

Both local and foreign investors may buy the property, exempted from additional buyer’s stamp duty.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
