CBRE announced the sale of 43C Beach Road, a strata office in floor located in Evershine & Century Complex via an expression of interest (EOI) exercise.

It has a guide price of $5.6m or approximately $2,213 per sq ft in the strata area.

Evershine & Century Complex is a 5-storey commercial development with shops on the ground floor and offices on the upper floors situated along Bench Road.

The property for sale is the entire 4th floor with a strata area of approximately 2,530 sq ft. It features a regular floor plate and a passenger lift.

There will not be any Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty and Seller’s Stamp Duty applicable and both locals and foreigners are eligible for purchase.

The EOI exercise will close on Wednesday, 7 February 2024, at 3PM.
