AIMS APAC REIT’s NPI jumps 14.0% YoY to $30.9m in Q323

The REIT attributed the increase to higher gross revenue.

The net property income of AIMS APAC REIT increased by 14.0% YoY to $30.9m in the third quarter of the financial year 2023 (Q323), its latest financial statement showed.

In a bourse filing, the REIT attributed its income growth to its higher gross revenue of $42.0m. Compared to Q322, the latest revenue was 14.1% higher.

The REIT said the higher rental income from Singapore and Australia properties and the full quarter revenue contribution from the acquisition of Woolworths Headquarters, drove the increase in its revenue.

The higher NPI pushed the REIT’s distributions to unitholders up by 11.7% YoY to $18.7m, and its distribution per unit (DPU) by 10.2% YoY to $0.0259.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
