BHG Retail records 96.6% occupancy rate in Q3

NLA for all six properties amounted to 179,585 square meters.

BHG Retail Trust reported a 96.6% committed occupancy rate amongst its six properties during the third quarter of the year (Q3 2024).

Both master-leased properties, Xining Huayuan and Dalian Jinsanjiao, have a 100% occupancy rate.

Meanwhile, its multi-tenanted properties, Beijing Wanliu, Chengdu Konggang, Hefei Mengchenglu, and Hefei Changjiangxilu, all have an occupancy rate above 89%

The net lettable area (NLA) for all six properties amounted to 179,585 square meters, whilst the weighted average lease expiry by NLA was 5.2 years.

The group’s total valuation for the quarter stood at $875m (¥4.7b).
