Boutique commercial building in City Hall submarket on sale for $30m

It will be on sale via expression of interest.

The Siakson Building located at 3 Miller Street in the City Hall submarket will be on sale via expression of interest for an indicative guider price of $30m.

The price translates to S$3,971 per square feet on the maximum gross floor area of approximately 7,554 square feet.

According to CBRE, the property's marketing agent, the five-storey boutique commercial building has a total floor area of approximately 5,000 square feet and a land area of approximately 1,798 square
feet.

The site is also zoned "commercial" with a plot ratio of 4.2 under the 2019 Master Plan.

"Both locals and foreigners are eligible to purchase with no Additional Buyers’ Stamp Duty or Sellers’ Stamp Duty imposed on the commercial property transaction," said CBRE.

The sale for the property will be closed on 8 September 2022, Thursday, 12 p.m.
