Broker retains outlook for S-Reits stocks as overweight

Amongst notable Reits are MPACT and FLT.

The stocks for resilient Singapore Reits have an overall outlook of overweight, UOBKayHian said in a report.

The MPACT and FLT posted high earnings, with MPACT posting 84% increase due to its merger with MNACT.

FLT, meanwhile, documented 2.8% positive rental reversion and retained 100% occupancy rate for logistics properties in Australia, Europe, and the UK. 

MPACT has a a target price of $1.56 and FLT has a buy call and a target price of $1.56.
