CBRE lists 3 SLF Building floors for sale at $10.8M each

The guide price translates to $1,150 psf on the strata area.

CBRE announced the sale of the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors of the SLF Building located at 510 Thomson Road via private treaty.

Each floor has a strata area of 9,450 sq ft, equivalent to a combined area of 28,350 sq ft for all three floors.

Buyers can purchase the properties individually at a guide price of $1,150 psf on the strata area or approximately $10.8m per floor or collectively for $32.6m.

Companies and foreigners can purchase the property without Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD).

The assets are part of the SLF complex comprising two office towers, the MSF Building and SLF Building, located on the city fringe and are close to Novena and Toa Payoh.

The SLF Building is a 19-storey tower with four basement floors and 460 car parks.

SLF Building and MSF Building span a land area of 282,332 sq ft.
