CBRE strengthens ESG services with Paia Consulting acquisition

The consulting firm’s leadership will assume key roles at CBRE.

CBRE acquired Singapore-based Paia Consulting to boost global sustainability efforts for occupier and investor clients.

Paia Consulting professionals will join CBRE's ESG Consulting & Sustainability Services team in Singapore, led by David Fogarty.

Carrie Johnson, founder of Paia Consulting, will become the lead consultant at CBRE, whilst Managing Director Corrado Forcellati will serve as director of Client Sustainability Strategy & Solutions.

Founded in 2002, Paia Consulting provides sustainability strategy, implementation, and reporting services in Singapore and Southeast Asia. The company has worked with over 100 SGX-listed firms.
