Centurion’s revenue climbs 13% YoY in Q1

Centurion’s revenue increased by 13% year-on-year to $69m in the first quarter of the year, driven by healthy financial occupancies and positive rental revisions.

The group’s overall Purpose-Built Worker Accommodation (PBWA) revenue grew by 15% YoY to $53.4m, attributable to strong financial occupancies in Singapore and positive rental revisions across the group’s PBWA assets.

Meanwhile, its Purpose-Built Student Accommodation segment increased by 2% YoY to $15m on the back of positive demand-supply dynamics driven by the ongoing bed shortage.
