Centurion’s revenue rises to $62.1m in Q3 on high rental income and occupancy
Across markets, Singapore reported the highest revenue uptick of 26% YoY.
Centurion’s revenue climbed 22% YoY to $62.1m in Q3 2024, fueled by high occupancy rates and strong rental income across its asset portfolio.
Breaking down by segment, the Purpose-Built Workers Accommodation (PBWAs) division posted a 23% YoY revenue increase to $49.5m, whilst the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSAs) division reported a 15% YoY rise, reaching $12.4m.
Revenue also rose in most markets, led by Singapore, which reported revenue of $44.92m, up 26% YoY.
The nine PBWAs in Singapore achieved a 3% QoQ higher revenue in Q3.
