Chart of the day: Service satisfaction rises with more use of real estate tech

9 out of 10 consumers prefer agents who use three or more property tech in their service.

This chart from the Council for Estate Agencies shows the satisfaction rate of consumers with property agents who use real estate technology.

The chart shows that 92% of consumers whose agents used three or more forms of real estate technology were satisfied with their service. It also shows that satisfaction stumbles whenever less real estate technology is used.

This is evident as the chart shows that the satisfaction rate falls to 76% whose agents used two forms of real estate technology and 70% for those who just used one.

According to CEA, the results were consistent for consumers across all age groups.
