According to a release, as part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development, JTC Corporation (JTC) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) will be releasing 4 sites for sale by public tender today under the Second Half 2013 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme.

The total land area of the 4 sites in the Tuas South and Gambas Crescent areas is approximately 3.4ha.

The 2 sites in the Tuas South area (Plot 4 and Plot 28) each has a 21-year 9-month tenure, with gross plot ratio of 1.0, and are zoned for Business-2 development.

The 2 sites in the Gambas Crescent area (Parcel 1 and Parcel 2) each has a 30-year tenure, with gross plot ratio of 2.5, and are zoned for Business-1 development.
