Civil action vs Keppel Corp subsidiary on Jakarta land plots ruled inadmissible

The accuser claimed that he had ownership rights over the land.

The South Jakarta District Court said the civil action filed against Keppel Corporation’s wholly-owned subsidiary, PT. Kepland Investama, over ownership rights of land plots in Jakarta, Indonesia, is one of Keppel’s main markets.

In a bourse filing, Keppel Corporation said the court adjudicated the civil action on 27 March 2023.

The individual claimed that he owned the land where International Financial Centre Jakarta Tower 2 building complex is established.
