CLI clinches $1.3b equity commitment for its private funds

To date, CLI has raised a total equity of $3.2b.

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) has secured a $1.3b third-party equity commitment for three of its private funds.

Of the $1.3b new equity raised, $870m is for  CapitaLand China Opportunistic Partners Programme (CCOP Programme), $134m is for CLI’s flagship regional core-plus fund, CapitaLand Open End Real Estate Fund (COREF), and $263m is for its new India business park development fund, CapitaLand India Growth Fund 2 (CIGF2).

The recent equity commitment brought CLI’s total equity commitment to date to $3.2b, 

“The amount raised within eight months is a 28% increase compared with the S$2.5 billion of equity raised for the full year 2022,” CLI said.
