The building has a gross floor area of 1,042.31 square meters (sqm) or 11,219 square feet (sq ft).

It sits on two 99-year leasehold sites which have a total site area of 243.8 sqm or 2,624 sq ft.

The sites have 17 years and 24 years left on the lease.
