COTD: Strata office sales hit $699.6m in H1

The average unit price fell 3.2% to $2,787 per square foot.

A total of 189 strata office transactions, amounting to $699.6m, were recorded during the first half of the year, according to a Knight Frank report.

However, the average unit price fell 3.2% to $2,787 per square foot from $2,878 psf in H2 2024.

For freehold sales, there were 49 transactions recorded during the period, with a total sales value of $251.6m. The average unit price declined 8.1% year on year to $3,368 psf.

Meanwhile, leasehold strata offices recorded 140 transactions, translating to a total sales value of $448m.

The average unit price also increased YoY, rising by 3.9% to $2,541 psf.
