Creator-led retail space opens in Dempsey Hill

Reverie On Hill (ROH) positions itself as Singapore’s first creator-powered retail space that offers shoppers incentives

A new retail concept focused on content-driven customer engagement has opened in Dempsey Hill.

Reverie On Hill (ROH), which launches on 25 July, positions itself as Singapore’s first creator-powered retail space that offers shoppers incentives to share product reviews and social content in exchange for discounts, perks, and affiliate income, according to creative agency Damnzai.

Located at 8D Dempsey Road, ROH features more than 200 curated products across skincare, wellness, and lifestyle categories.

Instead of charging brands listing fees, the agency said ROH uses real-time customer feedback and content performance to determine which products remain on shelves. Products that consistently underperform are rotated out on a quarterly basis.

Each product in-store is tagged with a QR code allowing customers to learn more, post reviews, or generate personal affiliate links. Customers who drive a sale through their content are eligible for commission, the agency said.
