The Duxton Reserve Singapore, Autograph Collection has hit the market with a guide price above $90m.
The asset's exclusive marketing agent, JLL, said the guide price translates to $2,647 psf or $1.8m per key.
The restored heritage boutique hotel at 80 and 83 Duxton Road comprises eight three-storey conservation shophouses. It sits on a site area of 9,775 square feet (sqft) and an approximate built-up area of 34,000 sqft.
The property also has 49 guestrooms and suites, ranging from 20 square metres (sqm) to 51 sqm.
The hotel is franchised under the Marriott International brand and is the first Autograph Collection property in Singapore.
