A portfolio of 15 fully-leased freehold commercial strata units at East Village, located in Simpang Bedok enclave, has been launched for sale with a guide price of $71.8m, according to its sole agent CBRE.

The ground-floor units include 11 food and beverage-approved shops, a clinic, and three adjoining units currently occupied by a gym.

The total strata area spans approximately 17,482 square feet, with individual unit sizes ranging from 431 to 6,985 square feet. Prices start from around $2M per unit.

The assets are being sold via an Expression of Interest exercise, closing on Thursday, 18 September 2025 at 12pm.
