Elite UK REIT sells Chippenham property for $2.25m

Net proceeds will be used to repay debt.

Elite UK REIT, through Perpetual (Asia) Limited, has entered into a contract of sale to sell St. Paul’s House in Chippenham for $2.25m (GBP1.6m).

The property is currently vacant and the sale is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s net asset value and distribution per unit for the financial year.

The company said net proceeds will be used to repay debt.
