Elite UK REIT's distributable income rises 2.8% YoY. to £14m in 9M

Distribution per unit rose in tandem with distributable income.

Elite UK REIT ended 9M 2024 with a 2.8% YoY higher distributable income of £14.0m ($23.9m).

Distribution per unit rose in tandem with distributable income, increasing by 3.9% YoY to £0.0213 ($0.036).

Higher distributable income and tax savings helped boost DPU in 9M.

Meanwhile, the REIT also recorded a higher occupancy rate of 93.9% in 9M following the divestment of Sidlaw House, Dundee for £1.3m ($2.22m).
