ERA, SLA enter MOU to strengthen geospatial co-innovation

OneMap3D data from ERA will be incorporated into its RealtyWatch mobile apps

ERA Singapore will enter a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Singapore Land Authority to strengthen the company’s geospatial capabilities.

Under the MOU, SLA’s OneMap3D data will be incorporated into ERA’s iERA and RealtyWatch mobile app which was originally launched in August 2021.

This, in turn, is expected to enhance the experiences of ERA advisers and clients by letting them experience a richer view of the surroundings of a property.

New data collection avenues that will benefit OneMap3d will also be explored by ERA. Included in this collaboration is the potential creation of customised APIs for usage by both companies and the public.

ERA Singapore CEO Marcus Chu said that this partnership was due to the coinciding of ERA’s vision with the development of OneMap3D.
