ESR-Logos Reit to hold EGM on proposed issuance of new units

Unitholders will consider and pass resolutions regarding the matter.

An extraordinary general meeting (EGM) with ESR-Logos Reit unitholders will occur on 28 March 2023 to decide on resolutions intended for the proposed issuance of new units under a preferential offering.

In a bourse filing, ESR-Logos Reit said that if resolutions are approved, it will authorise the issue of up to 461.6 million new units under the non-renounceable preferential offering at a price of $0.325 per new unit.

The manager, director, and trustee are required to complete all necessary processes to implement the preferential offering and the Board is mandated to lead the process.

The EGM will be held at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Level 4, Hall 406, 1 Raffles Boulevard, Singapore at 10 a.m.

The article has been amended to change the price from $0.35 to $0.325.
