Far East Hospitality Trust’s net property income jumps 27.7% YoY to $98.7m in FY23

With improved NPI, the REIT recorded a full-year DPS of $0.0409.

Far East Hospitality Trust ended FY23 with a 27.7% YoY higher net property income (NPI) of $98.7m.

The improved NPI led to a 27.3% YoY higher income available for distribution of $75.1m for the REIT.

According to Gerald Lee, CEO of the REIT’s Manager, the FY23 distribution income surpassed the pre-pandemic level in 2019.

With an improved income, the REIT’s full-year dividend per share (DPS) rose 25.1% YoY to $0.0409.
