First REIT renews lease for Imperial Aryaduta Hotel 

The annual rent was set at 22 billion Rupiah.

First REIT’s indirect wholly owned subsidiary, PT Karya Sentra Sejahtera (PT KSS), has renewed the lease of Imperial Aryaduta Hotel & Country Club.

The renewed lease commenced on 1 January and will end on 31 December.

Under the new agreement, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk, the lessee, will pay an annual rent of 22,097,946,309 Indonesian Rupiah, paid quarterly in advance.
