First Sponsor units acquire Allianz Tower in Rotterdam for $90.6m

The tower is fully leased to Allianz Nederland Groep until 31 December 2035. 

First Sponsor units, together with three high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), acquired the Allianz Tower in Rotterdam, Netherlands for $90.6m.

As part of the acquisition, First Sponsor’s units will be acquiring a 33% stake at Rotali BV, which holds the legal and beneficial title of the property.

The investment vehicles of the three HNWIs will acquire the remaining stake.

The Allianz Tower is fully leased to Allianz Nederland Groep until 31 December 2035. The lessee and lessor can renew the lease for five years each unless terminated by either party. 

The Grade A office space has a total lettable floor area of 19,607 square meters (sqm) divided over a three-storey basement, ground floor, 21 upper floors and 207 indoor parking spaces.
