Frasers Centrepoint, HSBC enter new PMAs with ARF malls, Central Plaza

The new property management agreement will start 30 September 2022.

Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Limited said Frasers Property Retail Management Limited and HSBC Institutional Trust Services Limited entered into a new property agreement for ARF Malls and Central Plaza.

The agreements commenced 30 September 2022 and will terminate on 29 September 2027.

The agreement will establish arrangements for appointment of property managers, who will operate, maintain, manage, and market, procure maintenance and marketing of each mall.
