Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust draws robust investor demand ahead of trading debut

Its IPO was over 6 times subscribed.

Singapore's largest initial public offering so far this year drew strong demand from both retail and institutional investors.

Frasers Logistics and Industrial Trust (FLT) received total subscription valued at $2.8 billion at the close of its public offer at 12 noon on Friday, June 16. At the same time, indications of interest received from institutional investors for the placement tranche amounted to over $2.5 billion, representing an oversubscription of over 6 times.

FLT will commence trading on Tuesday, 21 June at 9:00 AM.
