Frasers Property installs ThaiBev CEO to its board

Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi will serve as a non-executive, non-independent director.

Frasers Property Limited has appointed ThaiBev's President and CEO Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi as a non-executive and non-independent director.

Sirivadhanabhakdi will also serve as a member of the Board Executive Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

In a bourse filing, Frasers Property said Sirivadhanabhakdi's addition to the board will provide further diversity to its core competencies and skill set.

Apart from being ThaiBev's CEO, Sirivadhanabhakdi also serves as a non-executive director of Univentures Public Company Limited, a real estate and property development company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
