A 38-room freehold hotel in Geylang has been launched for sale by public tender, according to its sole marketing agent CBRE.

The property, located at 60 Lorong 8 Geylang, has a guide price of $23.5m. The tender will close on 26 August 2025 at 12:00 PM.

The four-storey hotel occupies a land area of approximately 7,555 square feet, with a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of around 12,499 square feet.

Based on the guide price, the sale translates to roughly $1,880 per square foot of GFA, or about $618,000 per room. The site is zoned “Commercial/Institutional” under the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s Master Plan 2019, with a gross plot ratio of 2.8.

The property includes a spacious lobby, private parking, and communal space on the ground floor. According to CBRE, the offering is open to both local and foreign buyers, with no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD) imposed.
