The property sits on a corner plot with dual road frontages spanning 27 metres. It is approved for restaurant use and is fully leased to two restaurants. 

Foreigners and entities are eligible to purchase without Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty or Seller’s Stamp Duty.

The expression of interest exercise will close on 26 September, Thursday, at 3PM.
