GuocoLand China names Keppel China EVP as new managing director

He is formerly from Keppel’s real estate division in China.

GuocoLand Limited has appointed Kevin Zhou Yun Peng (周云鹏) as managing director of GuocoLand China, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Zhou will oversee GuocoLand’s business in China, including its portfolio of development and investment assets in China. His appointment takes effect from 25 March 2025.

Zhou brings close to 20 years of working experience working in China’s real estate business. He was most recently executive vice president, Business Development, at Keppel Real Estate Division in China.

Zhou’s appointment comes after the retirement of Peter Lee Wai Mun (李伟民).

GuocoLand’s portfolio in China’s first-tier cities includes Guoco Changfeng City, a large-scale mixed development in Shanghai comprising two 18-storey office towers and a basement retail mall directly connected to the Changfeng Park metro station.

At Chongqing, GuocoLand is currently developing two residential developments, Guoco 18T and Guoco Central Park.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
