GuocoLand to unveil Singapore’s tallest building at Tanjong Pagar

It will house offices, a hotel, and a new mall.

Mainboard-listed GuocoLand will launch Singapore's tallest building in Tanjong Pagar in 2016.

The 290-metre tall Tanjong Pagar Centre will be made up of Premium Grade A offices, retail space, a 5-star hotel, luxury residences and an Urban Park.

In addition to the premium office space, the various integrated components will provide an extensive array of lifestyle offerings, from signature F&B, gym, to hospitality and conference facilities.

The centrepiece of the development is a 150,000 square feet Urban Park which will provide a green public space for recreation and community activities.
