The guide price translates to approximately $2,350 psf on the strata area. The office floor on Level 23 of the building has a strata area of 5,425 square feet.

CBRE, acting as the asset marketing agent, launched an Expression of Interest exercise for the office floor sale, which will close on Wednesday, 11 December, at 3 p.m.

As a commercial property, the subject property is available for purchase by companies and foreigners, with no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD) applied to the sale.
