Additionally, it offers potential buyers the opportunity to increase the GFA up to 106,000 sq ft, subject to the authorities’ approval.
The site is currently used as a pharmaceutical facility, equipped with clean rooms, packaging, and storage areas, but could be converted for food manufacturing. It has about 25 years left on its lease.
