IREIT Global’s Q3 occupancy dips to 89.6% amid Spanish portfolio impact

A lower occupancy rate of 70.1% in its Spanish portfolio contributed to the REIT's decline.
It has four properties in Spain.
The REIT's German and French portfolios had stable occupancy rates at 88.0% and 100%, respectively.
Apart from a lower occupancy rate, the REIT reported that its weighted average lease expiry (WALE) fell to 4.6 years from 4.9 years in the previous quarter.
